These Terms apply to Good IPTV Player (the “Application”), developed by NESIMI UMUTCAN OZTURK (the “Service Provider”). By using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
Player only — no content is supplied
The Application is an independent media player. It does not provide, sell, host, recommend, or subscribe you to television channels, playlists, streams, movies, series, or other media. You must add your own compatible M3U/M3U8 playlist, Xtream access details, or direct media URL.
Lawful use and content responsibility
Only add media that you own or are authorized to access. You are responsible for following copyright law, local law, and the terms of your playlist or content provider. The Service Provider is not affiliated with third-party content providers and does not verify or control the media you add.
You may not misuse the Application, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Application except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Your providers and external applications
The Application connects directly to the addresses you enter. Availability, legality, security, quality, compatibility, and continuity of those third-party sources are controlled by their operators, not by the Service Provider. If you choose an external player, its terms and privacy policy also apply.
Local data and device security
Playlist details, credentials, settings, favorites, and parental-control PINs are stored locally on your device. They are not currently encrypted by the Application. You are responsible for protecting your device and credentials, using trusted providers, and preferring HTTPS addresses where available.
Advertising
The Application is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. Applicable privacy choices are provided where required. Advertising does not include or sell media content.
Compatibility and availability
The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No promise is made that every playlist, codec, stream format, server, device, or network will work without interruption. Playback depends on your device, connection, and the source you add. Mobile data or roaming charges may apply.
The Service Provider may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may require an updated operating system or Application version. Any material new charge would be disclosed before it applies; the current release does not include an in-app purchase flow.
Limitation of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider is not responsible for third-party content, source outages, unauthorized use of media, provider conduct, or indirect losses arising from those third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
These Terms may be updated when the Application or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when an update is published.
